Who i work with
I work with teens and adults ages 15 and up, offering both individual therapy and coaching services. I am also a state-certified child mental health specialist with extensive experience supporting children and their families.
I provide a welcoming and affirming space for individuals from all walks of life including those who identify as LGBTQIA+ and those in alternative relationship structures. Whoever you are, you are welcome here.
To ensure I can provide the highest level of care, I am currently best suited to support clients who are not actively experiencing self-harm, suicidal ideation or attempts, active drug abuse, or eating disorders. If you are navigating any of these challenges, I am happy to help connect you with a specialist who can best support your needs.
my therapeutic approach
I believe that each person has the innate ability to heal, grow, and thrive and that the right therapeutic relationship can make all the difference. My work is grounded in collaboration, curiosity, and deep respect for your unique story and lived experience.
I support individuals navigating a wide range of life experiences, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and the everyday challenges that come with being human. I invite you to bring your whole, authentic self into our work together, where you will always be met with honesty and without judgment.
I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, always considering you as a whole person rather than a set of symptoms. My toolkit includes EMDR, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based approaches. Therapy may be brief and targeted or unfold over a longer period we will find the rhythm that works best for you.
